If our agent fails before delivering a working preview, credits refund automatically — no request needed. We don't refund for changes of mind, but we never charge for our failures.
Any action that errors before returning a result is refunded to your balance within a few minutes, shown as a credit line on your ledger.
Trial packs are non-refundable once credits are spent, but unused balance can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Subscription charges already billed are non-refundable; cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
