You pay in credits only for work that ran. If a step went wrong because of a fault on our side, write to us and we'll put the credits back. We don't refund for changes of mind.
Credits held for a step that didn't need them all go straight back to your balance, shown on your ledger.
The Try and top-ups are non-refundable once their credits are used; unused top-up credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Plan months already charged are non-refundable; cancel any time to stop future renewals.
